Dana is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience across multiple areas of the industry. Originally from Roanoke, Virginia, she has proudly called Lynchburg home since 2008.
Her insurance career began in 1998 with Blue Cross Blue Shield, where she worked in the Federal Department. Over the years, Dana has developed a well-rounded skill set including sales, underwriting, enrollment, billing, and client service, making her a versatile and knowledgeable resource for clients and colleagues alike.
While balancing a full-time career and raising four children, Dana pursued her passion for education and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business from Mary Baldwin University — a testament to her determination, work ethic, and commitment to personal growth.

In September 2023, Dana joined Trish and Heather at Hedges Insurance, where she focuses on personal lines along with select commercial accounts. She is dedicated to delivering personalized solutions and exceptional service, helping clients feel confident and protected in every stage of life.

Outside of the office, Dana enjoys baking, expressing her creativity through art, and connecting with music. Her greatest joy, however, comes from traveling and experiencing new places, cultures, and adventures whenever she can.
